Fire is the light that brings life to our whole solar system. All the planets within this solar system are held in place though the gravitational force of the sun. The sun brings life to the whole planet as we see though the changing seasons and the changing of the night to day. We live our life in the way that we do because of the sun. it is the original creative source.

When man learned to control fire, set the basis for all our future developments. From the controlled use of fire for light, warmth and cooking to crafting metal, fire has given us the power to create better and more progressive lives for ourselves.

You are a microcosm of our galaxy. You are the sun with your created worlds spinning around the direction of your gravitational pull. This is the time for you to use the creative influence of the sun to create the life you want to live.

Tuesday 2/4/2014 – Muriel Home

Muriel, the Angel of the sign of Cancer, can be called upon for all matters relating to the home and family. Also the Angel of emotions and sensitivity, Muriel is said to be able to procure a magic carpet for those who invoke him.

The home is a physical structure that provides us with the foundation from which we operate. Home provides us with all our basic physical, emotional and spiritual needs on a very primary level. It is through the home that we receive our sense of security, stability and safety.

The home and experience in many different levels for each individual. Our first home is our body. We may experience home and space where our immediate family or guardians are. As we become adults, our homes exist wherever we are. It may further develop to including new family that we ourselves create.

When we lose our connection to whatever of these places we consider home, we lose our connection to our foundations, our sense of security, our connectedness to the world and ultimately our place in the world.

Yet we are always at home the matter where we are and what our structures are like. Our most important primary home is in our body and on this planet and there is no way of escaping either of these places while still alive.

Life is showing you that you may require greater attention on the home and what this means to you. It’s time for reflecting on your foundation and cleaning up the debris.

Through connecting to our home space we experience a greater sense of connection to ourselves. Time to cleaning clear out the old stagnant energies and put the time and love you deserve it having the kind of physical space that truly supports and nurses you on all levels of your being.

It’s also time to start letting go of your old belief systems around the concept of home. Home is where the heart is. It is a space of love, nourishment for. The matter where you are, who you are with or where you live, you carry home in your heart as you walk this planet which is your home.

Wednesday 2/5/2014 – Archangel Metatron-Children

Archangel Metatron serves as the link between the human and the divine; heaven and Earth. Metatron is also the patron Angel children. Metatron is considered one of the mightiest of all Angels. He has been given the title the King of Angels and is said to be the record keeper of all that occurs in heaven.

Children completely live in the now. They live in the truth of their feelings and perceptions. Children completely from the goddess and through childhood and learn to integrate into the human world. As adults, we hope to integrate the lesson that the human world is the God space dreaming and at the end of our lives we return to that original source.

As children, the world is full of possibility. Is a magical place to be explored and enjoyed. Feelings, magic, curiosity, adventure and imagination. All these qualities live, breathe and express themselves through the open and innocent heart of the child.

It is time for you to start opening up to the wonders of life. It is time for you to connect the child within. It is time to play, explore, feel and connect to the realms of possibility. It is time to let go of the need to do and embrace the need to be.

A release from the “should dos”, the pressures, responsibilities and seriousness of busy, uptight and often grumpy adult life is necessary now.

In this time of your life be curious, explore, play and connect to the magic of life.

Thursday 2/6/2014 – Archangel Gabriel – Communication

The meaning of “Gabriel” is “God is my strength”.

Gabriel is the patron Angel of communication is known as “The Messenger Angel”. He assist in all matters of communication, whether it be on a personal level (as far as personal expression of concerned) or as the messenger of creative inspiration for artists (and for art related projects).

To communicate is to create a bridge between thought, feeling or concept that existed energy and deliver it to another party, be to God, you or loved one. Communication is that deliverance. We are constantly communicating through our body language, words, close and choices. We communicate what we feel, believe and expect.

How we communicate with ourselves determines most of what we experience in life. If we tell ourselves that we are not good enough or worthy of love, joy and abundance, we are not likely to experience those things. If we tell ourselves life is unfair or cruel, we are most likely to attract those experiences. What you tell yourself and what you think determines how you will act and operate in the world. This directly affects all relationships, and how you respond and communicate with those around you, even if it is just through your actions and body language.

Time to start paying attention to what you’re saying to yourself right now.

Is your internal dialogue conducive to all the things you want for yourself?

Do you give yourself love, support, confidence permission to be who you are express yourself freely?

Do you allow others to do the same?

What is your body language saying about you?

What does what you wear express?

How well do you listen?

How do you communicate with those around you? Are you comfortable with settling firm boundaries, with saying no?

It is now the time to really reflect on how and what you are communicating at the moment and ultimately, what you are communicating to yourself. There may be some sort of block in your relationship with another that requires clear communication in order for harmony and balance to be restored. By interrupting and eliminating the self- talk that is the detrimental to you, and start to make the changes that are necessary tool of the full and healthy life you need and deserve.

Friday 2/7/2014 – Archangel Jophiel-Illumination

Archangel Jophiel means “Beauty of God” She is the Angel of illumination. She appears to bring light where there is darkness and is a shining light of hope at the end of a seemingly endless night.

Illumination occurs when light fills a space where there was once darkness. The light of consciousness spreads, allowing us to see into the space that was once darkness and mystery of the unknown.

Illumination often occurs when least expect it. When we are lost in the dark and forgotten what the light and it looks like, up comes the sun in all its glory, lighting our way and filling us with new insight and inspiration.

When we are in darkness we often lose sight of the bigger picture.  We can easily forget everything comes in phases.  Without the darkness of introspection and the unknown changes cannot occur.  The phases we experience are extremely important to growth and success in our lives.

The sun is rising for you now, illuminating all the dark corners of your life and consciousness. This is a time of rebirth, renewed life and renewed clarity and inspiration. Within the light of the sun, every color exists, ready to bring color into our world.

There is unlimited potential all around you right now. You have the power to create anything you want for yourself and your life. All color is available to you now.

Saturday 2/8/2014 – Phuel-Emotion

Phuel, the angel of the day Monday, is known as the angel of the moon and oceans. Phuel governs intuition, emotion and psychic awareness. She can assist you to tap into these feminine energies expand your emotional awareness especially when called upon Monday or on a full moon.

Emotions are energy in motion. Emotions can tell us what the input we are receiving means to us. They also show us with input we are feeling ourselves to us. Often we can change or old emotional experience just by changing our perspective. Many times we have an emotional reaction to things because of an association we have developed in the past. For example we may have fallen off a bicycle and hurt or embarrassed ourselves as children. Now as adults we may feel too afraid or vulnerable ever try again, even though circumstances are very different. In this case we have transferred one upsetting experience into all our future ones. Often this happens with finances, health, relationships, social interactions just to name a few.

Emotions have the power to alert us to different issues we may have. We may feel upset when asked to do something because we need to be honoring our boundaries more. We may feel anger towards someone because they’re hitting a nerve or we feel that we simply need to be honored and respected more. Whatever the reaction is, it’s always a call for introspection, followed by action based on personal truth. Our emotions deliver information on our inner world is relating to our outer world and our mind gives us the tools we need for balance to the whole.

It’s extremely difficult to gain a true understanding of what your emotions are communicating what you are overwhelmed. In this situation there is no space for the higher mind to process what is occurring for you. It is also extremely difficult to get a sense of what is occurring for you if you’re feeling disconnected from your feelings and emotions. Either way uses a sense of what you are experiencing on a deeper level and begin to operate on a completely unconscious level, unaware of how you are interacting with the world both around and within you.

The true key to creating harmony is balance. Balance of the mind and the emotions.

This message means that it is imperative that you balance this area of yourself. This means whether you are overwhelmed or disconnected, you must stop and reconnect with yourself. You must demand and create the space to be quiet with you. Often journaling or writing is the most direct way to communicate with you. You must allow yourself to freely express exactly how you are feeling until you experience a clear resolution on what you must do to bring balance to your life.

It’s time for you to reconnect to your inner world so that you may successfully move forward into the next phase of your life.

The name “Raphael” means “God Heals “Raphael, known as the “Divine Physician”, is the angel of healing and healers. As both a healer and a teacher, Raphael can assist in healing illness, disease and sickness and is also the patron Angel who guides our study the healing arts. True health of occurs when the mind, body and spirit if this balance state of harmony.

When one aspect of health becomes imbalanced, it affects all aspects of health too. This is something we seek constantly in our lives. When the mind becomes stressed, strained, over or under worked, our bodies react immediately. We make variants digestive problems, sleep problems, headaches or worse. Likewise when the body is in pain, congested or restricted, we may feel anger, stress or depression.

In order to function in true health, we must look at every aspect of our lives to find a balance.

Monday 1/27/14- Phuel-Intuition

Every answer to every question we have lies within us. The voice inside, the feeling in our gut and in our bones is our intuition. Intuition is another human sense. Our eyes and ears tell us what is around us, touch gives us texture, smell and taste interact with our surroundings, intuition tells us how we feel about our world, beyond what the physical  five senses can tell us.

Intuition guides us to our own personal higher cause. It tells what choices will best suit us, who we want in our lives and how to interpret the energy of our environment. On a higher level, intuition may tell you universal truths.

It is our intuition that connects us to ourselves and what we need for ourselves on a deeper level. When we lose touch with inner voice that guides and directs our lives, we become lost. When we  make choices based on lower impulses that serve the ego or we become dependent on outside sources to be the only guide and director of our lives, we become easily confused and indecisive or even begin to fear and lack faith and trust in life.

In this day and age it is essential to make time to listen to yourself. Tuesday 1/28/14- Archangel Azrael-Surrender

Archangel Azreal means “Whom God helps” A gentle beautiful being, Azrael is the angel who accompanies souls to heaven after they passed on. You can call upon him to help you through the grieving process and help you come to terms with the natural cycles of life and death.

Death, like life, is constant. Everything in existence is constantly dying and being reborn-from the cells in our body, to our thoughts and feelings, to the constant shifting cycles of nature. Like most aspects of nature, the human psyche also goes though larger cycles. The Earth has her days, nights, 28 day moon cycle, 12 month sun cycle and seasons just to name a few.

We also cycles and more often than not they are in complete attunement to the natural cycles. Whether that be though the  day, night, the weather, seasons or astrology, we have cycles and rhythms that are in tune with nature, regardless of whether we choose to be conscious of it or not.

The part of the cycle coming up here is death. At this stage we deal with a release and surrender.  We must at this stage really some aspect of our life and our self. Beyond that we must rethink the ego; the part of our self that is attached to identity, to itself being see, being right, the part that buys into the illusion of believing that we can never truly know the unknowable. Right now surrender must occur.  A surrender to God/Goddess, to life, to the universe and a higher intelligence that exists in love.

Once this occurs, a new kind of freedom will be achieved within your psyche and the spirit and we become clean slate for a new phase to begin.

A death phase can be exciting, terrifying, ecstatic, devastating or all the above, depending on what is occurring for you. Ultimately all that can be done is to process whatever feelings are coming up and surrender to this divine and natural cycle of consciousness. Inability to surrender will only result in this part of the cycle being a longer, more drawn-out and difficult process than it necessarily has to be. Right now a true sense of liberation awaits you.  A new phase in life is coming. Change is occurring now, time to embrace and surrender to it.

Wednesday 1/29/14- Archangel Uriel-Alchemy

Archangel Uriel means “Fire of God” Alchemy is the science and philosophy of turning base metals into gold, the magickal power of transmutation.  You can call on Archangel Uriel when you need to gain the spiritual knowledge and understanding to transform some part of your life or self, or to change the form of negative or destructive forces and positive.  With this ability, like a snake shedding its skin, you are able to let go of the old and renewing yourself.

Alchemy is the art and science of turning base metals into gold. This entire process involves raising the vibration of the metal so high that transforms.

Our sexual energy brings us to life. It puts a sparkle in our eyes, a kick in our step and a sway in our hips.

It is through our senses that we develop “sensitivity” on all levels. Though touch, sight, sound, smell and taste we awaken to the richness of life. It is though pleasure that we celebrate life and though ecstasy that we experience oneness with divinity and the nature of the divine.

Sunday 2/2/14 – Dokiel Balance

Dokiel, Angel balance, is known as” The Weighing Angel”. In the testing of Abraham XIII stated that Dokiel is the Angel” who is like the sun, holding the balance in his hand” and it is also equated with the Egyptian God Anubis, “the Guardian of the scales”.

Whenever there is a need for balance in our lives, the Angel Dokiel can provide us with assistance.

All of life is made up of the will forces. Polarities holding in place opposite aspects of the same central force. Masculine and feminine, day and night, the flesh and spirit, activity impasse activity, thought and feeling, all of life operates through these opposing forces.

When we become aware of the Zhongshan polarities that make up the way of life, we see that our perceptions about right and wrong, good and bad are essentially one-sided views and therefore not true of the whole

In order to see clearly, we must recognize that both polarities operate within everything, which makes it impossible for anything the only right and wrong, good or bad. In fact it is always both and they cancel each other out, making everything perfect just as it is, no matter which side of the coin your mind wants to wreck nice. Once we are able to see the to joule T of life and release are limited, one-sided perceptions of reality except perfection present within each moment, we can reflect on what role we wish to play as part of the greater whole

Now is the time for reflecting on how you can bring a greater sense of balance to the perceptions you have in your life, yourself and your world, so that you can go to the eternal space within that is unattached to petty thought and emotion and find your own truth. This truth will guide you on your way. This Angel teaches us about balance extremes. What goes up, must come down, what things in one direction, must at some point, swing the other way. This message reminds you of this.

Monday 2/2/14 – Archangel Ariel-The Earth

Archangel Ariel is the Archangel who governs the Earth and all its creatures, from the animals to the trees. Archangel Ariel can be called upon to help you to become more grounded, feel more connected to the Earth and become more in tune to the healing properties of the natural world. Good for understanding/working with crystals, animal medicine and also for connecting to the realms of Earth Angels (fairies, etc).

Ariel means “Lioness of God.” A warrior and protector of God’s beautiful creation and our home,

Earth-from the forests, oceans and deserts, to all the animals, stones and nature spirits-Ariel governs the natural world and all that is wild and pure.

Humans are also part of the natural world. We are intricately linked to every cell that exists and we are completely dependent on the Earth itself to survive.

Ariel guides and inspires our wild self. Our connection to life and every living organism, our connection to the raw and authentic self, the part of us that is pure and untouched by fear, approval issues,  “should” and other ego-based issues, the pure, wild self that is truth, integrity, fearlessness and connection to life and  life’s cycle.

Ariel inspires us to dance in the moonlight, rejoice in the sunlight, swim in the oceans, put our feet in the sand, open up to our place on this planet and strengthen our connection to life and its cycles.

Stand on the ground and stand up strong.

It seems you may be feeling confused, wiped out, wishy-washy or you can’t get out of your head or stop thinking and getting ahead of yourself, it’s time to snap back down to Earth. Stop thinking about what you “should” do and stop ignoring your present moment.

Just stop and bring your attention back to your body, back to the present, back to you connection to life and its cycles, to the Earth and finally, back to your real self.

Be quiet until your truth emerges. You are being beckoned to awaken you wild and true nature.

Myrtle RIP

Myrtle my one of a kind turtle passed away this am. We had Myrtle for 11 years. Myrtle was a boy despite his name. His old owner thought he was a she. When I got him and I called and said Myrtle is a boy.

I kept his name the way it was and he was spoiled rotten. When my husband made chicken or pork chops Myrtle did a dance for it. When I would cut up strawberries he would dance then too. He loved salmon, and crab meat too. Yes I did say spoiled.

He loved listening to music and always had to be by the window. Believe it or not he loved watching the snow. He would do a dance back and forth when it snowed.

He loved being outside in his own kiddie pool and walking around (more like running) turtles are fast.

He hated when I would clean his tank. He would pull the filter off and throw it around the tank. He would do the same with the heater. In protest for having a crystal clear tank. He was funny and he brought so joy to me.

The night before he was fine swimming all over chasing fish. This morning I woke up and he was at the bottom of the tank. Just sitting their motionless. I took him out and he wasn’t moving at all. I put him in the kitchen sink and talked to him and I finally had to realize my dear friend had passed. My husband was trying to console me by hoping he wasn’t dead but I told him he was.

I think at that point I went numb. I was motionless. I couldn’t think or breath. The tears were stuck and I needed them to flow. I went upstairs in a daze to get him a shoebox so he can be comfortable before we bury him. I made him a bed in it with tissue paper and I kept telling him to please wake up.

I kept checking the box expecting this to be some type of dream but it wasn’t. Growing up when people died they always came to see me. So I kept thinking about that and I kept checking. I kept thinking he moved but it was my damn vertigo. Everything moves when you have vertigo.

I thank all my family and friends for their kind words of support. The tears have become unstuck and have been flowing. Going to take me some time to be ok. I get attached to my babies, human, fur or reptile. They get close to my heart and there they stay. Always.

RIP Myrtle have fun in your giant pond on the otherside.

Holidays Being Shoved Down Our Throats

Last night as the trick n treaters went door to door and the magickal night came to an end I looked at my decorations and sighed. I wondered silently to myself about just leaving all my Halloween/Samhain decorations up and just putting my Christmas/Yule decor up and maybe shove a blow up turkey for Thanksgiving in the mix.

Then I thought hmm I should add some hearts and leprechauns too. Better yet some Easter/Ostara decorations too. I mean why not. The stores are doing it. Maybe they (the stores) will see how incredibly stupid it is to pile all the holidays on top of each other.

Every year it gets worse and worse. Halloween and Thanksgiving didn’t even happen yet and Christmas stuff was in stores.

At this point I am thinking of not even shopping at any stores that are opening on Thanksgiving for any gifts. I am thinking of just buying my gifts online or making some. I feel this is really getting out of hand.

People rushing from having Thanksgiving dinner with their family to run to a store to shop for gifts. As the rich get richer the employees don’t get paid that much extra to work. It is all about the greed of the stores sadly.

Each year I get more disgusted. Then you get a sales employee that says we have some great Christmas stuff out. My reply well that is nice but I don’t shop for Christmas before Halloween and certainly not until after Thanksgiving. The employee will then say but it may not be there when you want to shop. I said I know you will be putting Spring stuff out before December is even over. The employee will say well then you may want to shop early. I say no then I will shop online with small businesses who care about family and sales. Employee just shakes head.

Yes it has happened more then once. I have a number of online businesses that I love. This year I may shop at them all.
